Bootycamp
A fiery 45-minute workout based in interval training, Bootycamp uses full-body, resistance-focused movements to build muscular strength, increase endurance, and torch calories. Using different approaches to lift the heart rate, this class utilizes a range of equipment, including dumbbells, resistance bands, and gliders, to name a few. So much variety packed into a targeted, focused, driven workout that will leave you feeling sweaty and ready to conquer your day! Open to all experience levels, with options to intensify/modify, as desired.
Barre Box
Barre Box is a fun fusion of classical barre and fitness kickboxing, blending together the fluidity and isometric nature of barre with low-impact cardio bursts to challenge your strength, endurance, and coordination. This rigorous, yet "any level friendly," format not only conditions your"ticker" but will keep you on your toes (figuratively, of course) and make you feel as though you can (quite literally) kick booty! So let's punch out our frustrations while simultaneously increasing power, balance, stability, and control across the entire body.
LaBlast (Fitness, Kids, Chair)
The perfect balance of dance and fitness, LaBlast is a workout in disguise! This class is built upon the fundamentals of classic ballroom dance while integrating fitness elements to mimic cardio intervals and strength-based movement as you jive and waltz to the beat. Designed for the absolute beginner to the experienced dancer, no partner nor prior knowledge is needed. LaBlast your way toward fit and fun!
Piloxing
Is it Pilates? Is it boxing? Here's the clincher - it's both! Piloxing is an incredibly unique format that blends the lengthening of Pilates, strengthening of boxing, and some heart-pumping dance moves. This user-friendly format is a kicker for all experience levels, with low and higher impact options. Piloxing keeps the body and mind guessing, as we rapidly switch back and forth between three different movement disciplines that will leave you feeling the burn the next day. Amidst it all, you may even find yourself smiling through the sweat!
Full Body Sculpt
Bringing together multiple mediums and props, Full Body Sculpt emphasizes muscular strength, endurance, and growth while also challenging balance, proprioception, and stability. From dumbbells & kettlebells to stability balls & resistance bands, we will slowly ramp up intensity as we build lean muscle mass. Full Body Sculpt is a non-"meathead" approach to functional strength training - sculpting without the bulk, and always targeting multiple parts of the body in any given class. It's all about that mind-body connection!
PiYo | Cardio Flow
Inspired by PiYo (with a new spin), Cardio Flow is a unique blend of movements based on mat Pilates and yoga, kicking up the pace a few notches to create a bodyweight-only workout that lengthens and tones from head to toe. Combining the flexibility and balance explored in yoga with the stability and core strengthening of Pilates (and sprinkling in some low-impact cardio), Cardio Flow is age-friendly and modifiable for all bodies and will leave you feeling both sweaty & invigorated. Requirements: a mat and an open mind!
Classical Mat Pilates
A staple of Classical Pilates, this class incorporates work on both the mat and tower units (derived from Joseph Pilates original Cadillac design). Exploring Powerhouse-centric movement ranging from beginner to advanced (depending upon the level of attendees), classes include variations of the Classical Pilates mat outline(s), with integration of additional apparatus to challenge the body and brain. A full-body workout, Mat Pilates will leave you feeling longer, stronger & hyperaware of your body in space - in truth: brand new!
HIGH Fitness
Bringing back "old school" aerobics (sans the legwarmers, though they are always welcome!), HIGH Fitness toggles between high-intensity movement & moderate/active recovery. All set to popular tracks, the movements are motivated and driven by the music. This highly effective full-body workout requires ZERO equipment but will push your body to a safe ends, improving stamina, endurance, and cardiovascular health. HIGH is all about the community, so get introduced to this incredibly supportive, engaging format that makes the body, heart, and mind feel equally fulfilled!
Barre Burn
Barre Burn bridges the gap between classical ballet and fitness by challenging the body’s level of control through slower, strength-demanding movements. We cultivate an awareness of postural alignment as we sculpt the abdominals and upper and lower body and get our muscle “shake” on. Use of light dumbbells (2-3 lbs), a mat, and a barre - though some days we will explore all center movement in a "barre-less" format.
TRX Mix
TRX (Total Body Resistance Exercise) is a revolutionary method that uses bodyweight and gravity as resistance with the help of suspension straps. This format leaves room for so much creativity, giving the mover complete control over intensity in each exercise simply by adjusting body position to increase/decrease resistance. We will combine use of TRX straps with other modalities (i.e. dumbbells, bands, etc) to make for a unique workout that will keep you on your toes. TRX Mix delivers a challenging, functional workout that demands balance, stability, and a "mind over matter" approach to fitness.
Power Barre
Inspired by principles rooted in ballet, Power Barre marries functional fitness with classical foundations to create a diverse and challenging workout. Power Barre infuses cardio intervals to elevate the heart rate while targeting and strengthening specific muscle groups, all in time to upbeat tunes. Use of light dumbbells (2-3 lbs), a mat, and a barre - though some days we will explore all center movement in a "barre-less" format.
SOULfusion
SOULfusion brings together yoga-inspired flows, short cardio bursts, balance sequences, and bodyweight/weighted strength training movement, all choreographed to beat-driven melodies. Created by Michele Park, SOULfusion is a new, different take on PiYo, incorporating light to medium dumbbells throughout a PiYo-type class format (upper & lower body strength, low-impact cardio, flow, core, etc). We use compound movements to increase balance & flexibility throughout this well-rounded full-body workout that exudes fun and a happy heart from start to finish.
