Customized Programming

Tailored to clients' specific needs and goals, Body by You fuses together resistance-training with focuses in stability, agility, flexibility, and endurance. Placing emphasis on the core as the center hub for all movement, this program is fully individualized and crafted for clients of any age or background.

 

Body by You fosters within clients an understanding of mind-body connections involved in movement, aiming to instill and develop proper alignment, execution, and proprioception. Whether you are a seasoned mover or someone who has rather limited knowledge of fitness, this program moves at a pace that directly mirrors your level of ability, muscular and joint allowances, and commitment to the process.

 

The monthly format of this program can include at-home programming, provided online via an app (Trainerize) for easy access, with options to also integrate:

  • 1-on-1 in-person and/or virtual sessions

  • Nutrition coaching (click here for more information)

This is a program designed for you but fuels a body created by YOU.
